Shift


When you’re feeling defeated and worthless and like you haven’t made any progress in life, take a moment to reflect on what you have accomplished in the week, the day, the hour, or even the moment. This will help to uplift you. Dwelling on the negative will only defeat you, whereas focusing on the positive can shift your energy into a good direction.

    Many A days I have felt like this,self- defeated and not appreciated. Ive even tried to become positive but it would’nt last very long. What im going to do is start focusing on what I accomplish throught the day So i can feel more positive about myself and feel more content in my achievements.
